All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping within Australia.
For wholesale customers we offer free shipping when you purchase 12 items or more.
Local delivery
We charge $14.95 flat rate for local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. Please select your items when you are visiting us for an appointment, or call in to during our office opening hours and make a selection from our range.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at reception@vdk.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use a courier service and therefore can not deliver to PO boxes.
